I thought it was about time I embraced the beast that is Youtube. Since the beast was so gracious with teaching me how to crochet in the first place, I figured I ought to give something back. Now this turned out to be rather more complicated than I anticipated since in order to upload to Youtube, I have to be familiar with google+. I’m pretty sure I’ve made a comment somewhere before about just how confusing I find google+ but I am getting there. I’ve only just barely got the hang of facebook so this really is progress.

So now Crochet stitch witch has a google+ page and a Youtube channel.

All in one day.

I’m mightily impressed with myself.

I had intended to make a video of the little flower motif but didn’t actually get that far…baby steps.  I used my lovely Canon 7d to record the video which, to be honest, I’ve never really looked at before.  So now I’m even more in love with my camera and feel a little bit guilty that I’ve not shown it the love before now.  But….I did chicken out of talking on the video.  So I’m afraid the world will be deprived of my English country bumpkin accent for a while longer.

Anyhow, without further ado or waffly bollocks….may I present my very first video…ta dah!

…and maybe I’ll get a manicure before I make another one :/
